Having a long travel day can be a little relaxing. Forcing one to not really do anything but sit. I started my day in Horsham, PA at 12:54 and boarded a train to Philadelphia. I was able to get a little snooze in before I had to change trains in center city to PHL. Once there I got off at the wrong stop so i had a little longer of a walk which is no problem for me considering I need the exercise, especially if Ill be sitting for most of the afternoon! I got on my first flight to ATL where I sit now. I was hoping to see some friends but some are busy, others are not around but thats ok, I was able to do some more walking in this gigantic airport and grab a delicious falafel wrap and smoothie for dinner. I also decided I need to do some more moving and have been neglecting my abs workout. So, I found a somewhat secluded spot in my gate and called up my workout buddy.
